Adhering meticulously to the provided guidelines within the form is crucial for expediting the evaluation process. Typically, responses are dispatched within 10 business days.

Exclusion Form

The Exclusion Form is specifically designated for products slated to be excluded from the retailer's RFID program. Completion of this form should not be done unless expressly directed by the ALEC Team. The ALEC Team serves as the exclusive authority for determining eligibility for exclusion.

Item File Update

The Item File Update Form serves the purpose of supplying supplementary information concerning a submission's item file. Before submission, it is essential to consult the form for explicit guidelines on the conditions under which the update will be approved. Not all submissions processed by the ALEC Team will necessarily have an associated item file. Submitters are advised to review the form thoroughly, ensuring compliance with stipulated guidelines before initiating the update process.

Submission Update

The Submission Update Form is designed to facilitate updates to a previously submitted record. Only modifications to Retailer, Tagging Location, and Tagging Inlay are approved through this form. Any other alterations will require a new submission. Submitters are encouraged to adhere strictly to the specified scope of changes outlined in the form.
